Investment Criteria
Every portfolio company must meet at least 4 of 6 criteria:
01 Growth
5-year average revenue growth ≥ 15% per year.
02 Profitability
5-year average ROE ≥ 15% per year.
03 Valuation
P/E ≤ 15
04 Leverage
Total Debt / Equity ≤ 1.5 (preferably ≤ 1).
05 Governance
A management team with a track record of realistic forecasts and minimal over-promising.
06 Exception
If a company meets fewer than 5 criteria but the fund board sees strong growth potential over the next 3–5 years.
